Japanese traditional foods

I will talk about Japanese traditional foods. The cuisine that develops originally in the country and the natural climate of Japan is called Japanese food and it is using a familiar food material of Japan. Recently, many kind of Japanese foods are known in all over the world. In addition, foreigners like to eat them. I introduce my favorite Japanese traditional food.

Sushi is the food which combines vinegared rice , fish and shellfish. There are many kind of sushi and everything tastes good. Moreover, soak in a soy sauce and wasabi is tastes better. So when you come to Japan, please eat at once.

Tempura is the food which deep fry vegetables and fish and shellfish in tempura oil. The feature is to be able to eat food material of season and coating is crunchy. Eating tempura often has an opportunity for us and easy to cook but it’s a high calorie food. So be careful eating too much.
Japanese traditional food’s popularity is raising, so Japan should advertise food culture in all over the world.
